FROM INDIA:CHANA MASALA

The Chana Masala is a typical dish of northern India in which its main ingredient is the chickpea. It is a very spicy dish with a rather acidic taste. It is very popular mainly in Panyab, consumed in the northwest of India, of Guyarat and Sind.

The dish consists mainly of chickpeas, onions, diced tomatoes, curcuma, coriander seeds, garlic, chiles and ginger.




FROM NORWAY: SMOKED SALMON


In Europe, smoked salmon is prepared mainly from the Salmo salar species from salmon farming in Norway, Scotland or Ireland, while in North America it is mainly produced on the east coast of Canada . Salmon farming also recently developed in Chile, being the second largest producer in the world.

The ingredients are:1 loin of salmon,1 packet of smoked salt, Oil, Dill 



FROM SPAIN: OMELETTE


It is an omelette with potatoes, although you can also add more ingredients like onion. 
It is one of the best known dishes. 

The ingredients are:
6 eggs,
3 potatoes,
1 small onion,
1 green pepper,
2 glasses of olive oil,  a pinch of  salt 
and a leaf of parseley.
